Arun is an Indian yoga teacher from Bangalore South India and has been a senior student of BKS Iyengar and the entire Iyengar family since the mid 1970’s. His teaching is informed and inspired by his own practice and his use of the props is nothing short of brilliant. He is creative and attentive and has a great sense of humor. His classes are always different and he has a remarkable way of teaching each student individually while maintaining the class. Nicki has been studying with him for several years now and has traveled to India to learn directly from him. She is honored to have her teacher here on Maui at Maya Yoga and strongly recommends that students from all systems of yoga come and check out what he has to offer - it’s amazing, challenging and comes from the wellspring of his own practice. -
